Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

As all purchased items are digital quilt patterns in a PDF format, returns are not accepted.

Refunds:

If you have purchased a duplicate pattern in error, I am happy to provide a replacement pattern or a refund within 45-days of purchase. Please include the email address that was used to make both purchases.

I strive for 100% satisfaction and also recognize that patterns are not always immediately used upon receipt.  Within 45-days, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know the issue and I am happy to assist.  If unable to address your concern, I will provide a full refund within 5-days of notice.
