A modern twist on an old fashioned favorite ... half square triangles (HSTs).  A great baby quilt pattern for beginners.

The Offset Diamond Baby Quilt pattern relies on one block, the HST, arranged in a striking, structured assembly.  Leveraging a neutral solid and two (or more) contrasting colors in varied patterns, this is a quilt that is pleasing to the eye and simple to pull together.
